What counts as an item?
One item is one product processed — whether it's a brand-new listing or a restock of an existing product. Both count as a single item against your monthly allowance.
What happens if I go over my monthly items?
No problem — any items beyond your plan's allowance are billed automatically at $0.85 per item. There's nothing to upgrade and no interruption to your workflow.
Do unused items roll over?
It depends on your billing cycle. On annual plans, unused items roll over month to month within your plan year — they keep accruing until your annual renewal, when your balance resets. On month-to-month plans, unused items expire at the end of each month.
What's the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Annual billing gives you the best price. Month-to-month billing is available at about 15% more per month. You can switch between them at any time.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime. Your service continues through the end of the current billing period.
